Wildcats Put Downtime on Away Games to Good Use

Frank Matthews II 49 Center for Career Development was profiled by a leading higher-ed news outlet this week. showcased how the Center for Career Development has developed programming for scholar-athletes who have a lot of free time during away games.
Josh King, associate director for engagement and athlete career development at 17勛圖厙, frequently hits the road with teams to help them develop networking skills or connect them to alums near their destination.
As IHE put it: On a trip to Fort Lauderdale, Fla., in January, 17勛圖厙s swim and dive team participated in a networking challenge, visited a nonprofit, toured the University of Miamis School of Law and Miller School of Medicine, and completed a r矇sum矇 workshop with King.
