Contractor Safety
Contractors are required to conduct their work activities in a safe and compliant manner that is protective of the students, staff and visitors, and property of 17³Ô¹ÏÍø and the surrounding community.
Contractors are responsible for having their own program that meets all local, state and federal Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) laws and regulations, as well as 17³Ô¹ÏÍø requirements. Contractors will coordinate all activities with the appropriate 17³Ô¹ÏÍø project manager, who will enlist the support of the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø EHS Office as needed.
The EHS Contractor Agreement Form (PDF) must be reviewed and signed by all contractors and subcontractors prior to beginning work at the college. 17³Ô¹ÏÍø project managers shall incorporate this form as an addendum into all contracts.
